Similar to our Series 500 Invincible Expansion Joints, the Series 1000 offers robust construction using the highest quality rubber materials. Designed for low-pressure applications, the Series 1000 utilizes our largest arches to accommodate maximum movement. Multi-arch construction is available, allowing for up to 16 inches of axial compression, 6 inches of axial extension, and 6 inches of lateral deflection in our 4-arch configuration. Additionally, the large arch construction supports low spring rates to mitigate pipe stress due to offset, settling, or thermal expansion.
