At the start of this year, we opened our doors to the Inside the Blueprint team to give them an insider’s perspective of a day at Mason Industries and Mercer Rubber Co. They toured our factory and learned about every aspect of our manufacture process, from milling our own rubber, building each joint, and curing them in our autoclaves.
They also conducted interviews with President and CEO Doug Valerio, Controller Mae Ryan, Chief Engineer Ilkay Balci, and Outside Sales Representative Pamela Tagliamonte. We are proud to share our work with the public and grateful for the opportunity to continue providing expert products for our clients.
